Osprey to the Air !-Mildenhall 29th March 2011

Post by Arno 01 »

After a two day wait, many had left and gone home, two of the CV-22 took to the skies tonight (Hornet 21 Flt) for some local pattern work and then went off to the north.
Great Day again with Robert, and good to see Dave and Vince again, anyway on with the show.

Very, very nice Kev.

Since their inbound flightplan was altered last week there is proberbly nil chance of me seeing them down here in deepest Hampshire so thanks for the photos. For therapy purposes though, I have been looking at some photos I took when the granddaddy of them (XV15) was at Farnborough back in 1981 enroute to that years Paris airshow. (God, I'm getting old.....)

Cheers Mister

Andrew.
