Flypast rehearsal for Chilean Army Parade 2013

Post by Shocman »

Hi everyone!!!
Last Tuesday was the final Rehearsal Parade for Chilean armed forces, and I share here some catch of the aircrafts involved on it.

First wave was T-35 Pillán from Chilean Flying School (Escuela de Aviación)

Then a lonely Super Tucano from Group 1.

The next plane was a F-16 Block 50 from Group 3.

Great set and some interesting aircraft, the Condor looks very ungainly.

Now that's a flypast! I really like the Learjet/CitationJet formation, and the army choppers look lovely in that camo scheme. And I've still got a soft spot for the Super Tucano!

Hi, many thanks for your comments.
I agree with you about the EB-707 Condor is very rare aircraft and that kind of flights are good opportunity to catch in flight (it's not common to see in flight)
About SuperTucano I like the paint scheme used on those aircraft, but sadly for me they depart from Military Air Base in coast far from Santiago.

Great to see proper engines on the 707 + KC-135's. C-130's are tasty too!
