Nice selection of images, the PC-9 looks very smart in the grey colour scheme! Even the C172 looks smart :grin:

I half remember seeing those 172s on delivery around 1968/9 was it Bournemouth?

Always enjoy seeing shots of this air arm's inventory and these are great. You've no idea how much I'd like to see one of the -172s at RIAT or elsewhere and those PC-9s definitely look the business. Someone please reform the Silver Swallows!

They have a couple of aircraft fitted with the pods all the time now as they visit the range regularly...

The Reims Rocket entered service in 1972 and they are looking at replacing they at the moment...
