Summit and the locals

Post by RickIngham »

It's been a while since I saw Chinooks practicing dust landings...nice to see a Merlin attempting it too!

Then there was the POTUS visit at RAF Fairord, the light was an issue the whole time but still managed a few keepers:

Love the Chinook photos and the Nigerian Merlin. Some of the best photos I have seen of Air Force One at Fairford.

Fantastic work - the VC-25 arriving at Fairford is especially nice, particularly as the light was so poor at that time of day. I also really like the V-22 taxiing past with the beacon lighting up the ground. Great stuff!

Brilliant set Rick, loving the brown out Chinook's & the 1st VC-25 is exceptional due to not much light left...

As it's been said already always look to your sets as always well caught. Great selection, nice angles on some of them just too make them slightly different.
Well worth the time and effort thats for sure.

Great photos
Is the VC-25a armed? Just forward of the wing, on the belly, they look a bit like cannon barrels / muzzles :dunno:
