VIP visitor @ Mildenhall?

Had a fruitful day at both Mildenhall and Lakenheath today in fine weather. I had just arrived at Mildenhall when this C-17 arrived.



Which was possibly supporting SAM 3155 with who knows who on board.




Speculation was that it may have been Cheney returning or going to Georgia, who knows.
Nice visitor all the same.

Other than these two and a McConnell tanker mid afternoon it was very quiet. I did however manage to get some cracking shots of the 493rd Eagles at Lakenheath and I also managed to bag the bossbird and I assume the Serbian Mig Killer?
