32 Squadron's Entry for RAF100

Post by Ruislip Rustler »

Quite literally hot off the press, here's a perfectly pleasant image of ZE700 revealing the Home Team's version of the oh-so-awesome RAF100 tail.

I'd like to think that it's actually (given what they have to work with) not that bad at all.

At least it looks right on this airframe, as against some of the others it has been applied to.

Like nellis6 says, it does actually look quite good on this airframe.

Just had a thought, despite my strong dislike for the logo, and not a great fan of night shoots either, how about having the next night shoot feature one of each RAF aircraft type with that logo on it.

I must be the odd one out. I think that looks god-awful.

Certainly suits this aircraft as it replicated the standard colours used in its markings.

Compare it to the Typhoon and Hawk T2 where it looks beedin’ awful!

It does seem more "in balance" on this airframe, both front and rear.
The white makes it stand out.
Just think what it could have been like, if some thought had gone into it though.
Still a sad state of affairs.
