As Gary Barlow sang nearly three years ago have a little patience!

Next Wednesday morning, people may know what is arriving on Wednesday.

Probably have to wait until the book of lies is sold on the day, then wait until they call up on the radio.

One or two may come out but not the whole itinerary.

Chances are fairly small, because by my calculations that will leave 0.03% of one aircraft to arrive either Wednesday, Friday or over the weekend.

Based on my years as a manager with RIAT and a close association with the movement sheets, the following is an approximation of what will happen with the arrivals schedule, I doubt if things will have changed. Wednesdays arrivals will go into print from Ops at about 1700 - 1900 on the Tuesday afternoon. Thursday is much busier so the movements will probably go into print on Wednesday between 2000 - 2130. Fridays movements may be a earlier and may go to print at about 1900 - 2000 on the Thursday. Even then, each morning when you arrive at 0700, ( or earlier ) you will find that in the past 8 - 10 hours there have been delays, changes and sadly cancellations to that days movements. ( In my days Friday was the busy day not Thursday ). There have been a few moans from people in the past about the daily movement sheet being innacurate but they are are only as good as the information supplied at the time of going to print, and unless things have changed they are printed late on the evening before - Changes happen !

Whilst it is nice to note the enthusiasm of people who would like the movements info this far in advance, it is a tad optimistic.
