Re: Update Today?
Shame.
Interestingly, I see from the ACC link - "17th (July) Tallinn, Estonia AF 90th Anniversary 1 X B-52 Flyover". I wonder if they'll use the B-52H that'll be at Fairford for that? Would make sense, rather than bringing another from the states? A B-52H takeoff and landing at Fairford on the Friday would be most welcome!

I noted that the date for attendance at Fairford is 16-19th. This would fit well with the visit to Estonia by the B-52 from Fairford.
A little rehearsal by the B-52 at Fairford on Friday would always be welcome.

Re: Update Today?
Well I'm as gutted as any B1 fan that there will not be a flying B1 in the display this year, but having looked at that list I think we should offer a well done to the RIAT team for being the only airshow in the season listed there to actually have a B1 attend the show, and also getting in a B52 display on the only weekend it travels outside the US for an air display.

Re: Update Today?
I've just recieved inside info, that the Irish Air Corps CN-235 has been cancelled due to operational commitments, however it's been replaced by a AW-139. Before someone begins to flame me, the message came to me from one of the aircrew.
Re: Update Today?
Aww that's a shame, they look great in that blue scheme but hey they've replaced it with an aircraft I've not seen before
Re: Update Today?
A shame but understandable. Still, at least they've bothered to send a replacement. Couldn't say the same for Portugal or Slovenia
