Super Slovakia

Post by Jonesy »

I thought I'd post a good selection of photographs from the show. Since copyright laws are changing, I've dabbled with adding borders and a logo on each photograph to make it a bit harder for people to nick the shot. If it detracts from the photo, let me know.

Superb set Neil, loving the digital camo Hip, looks like yourself & the Shagster had an excellent trip. Not to sure on the borders though mate...

Yeah, I'm not convinced with the border so I've redone the shots with a more simplistic border.

Neil.

Great pics Neil, the Dutch F-16 and the 'digital' MiG-29 are my favourites. The simple black border works best IMHO.

F-16 shots are epic.

Prefer them with the solid border too - the other is too fussy and distracting IMO.

Some nice stuff there. Looks like a great place to visit!

Also, any chance of that Tu-154 turning up as support for the L-39s at RIAT? I can but hope...

Tough call on the border the solid black looks better but it mush easier to dispose of....

Any others of Matteo?

Lovely set of shots, F16 and Gripen are the ones for me.

I have tried the same with border and logo myself for the same reasons. If you are using 'select all' - 'modify' - 'border' then 'fill' with black in Photoshop I'd suggest you reduce the edge/border to around 8 pixels, that might help.

Some fantastic images there, thank you for sharing. Love the Fulcrum pair especially! Certainly think the solid borders works best.

It was held at Piestany airport which is a 50 minute drive north from Bratislava.

Thanks for the comments everybody. Solid borders from now on.

excellent photos  I too prefer the solid border but the logo could be a little smaller I think, and I would love to see that digi Hip static at RIAT! :hypno:
