That is excellent news. I do hope to be able to make those shoots.

Brilliant news - so refreshing to see such an enlightened approach and also a great reflection on the value of the work you put in to it Phil!

Uh, yes?! :music:

Something Raspberry Ripple would be fantastic. Andover =
Maybe a Jetstream from Culdrose, a Navy and RAF Merlin side-by-side, and maybe something really big...a C-17 can land in 3500ft, you have 5,535ft to play with...

Just found this on http://thefew.info/70th_events.html and was wondering if they will be staying for the nightshoot if it happens and is confirmed.

The ‘Air Squadron Fly In’ - 17 September 2010, RAF Northolt. Ftr assoc biding for a Hurricane, Spitfire and Lancaster display plus a Typhoon; CAS and CinC likely attendees. OC RAF Northolt may have additional ideas to include other RAF assets. This is an internal event likely small scale.

Also RAF Northolt has a BBMF Spitfire confirmed for a display / flypast on the same day

Actually - perhaps something a little more colourful from Yeovil would look good under the lights - like an Algerian Lynx or Merlin (let's not mention the football, shall we  )

Already tried! They are not a Westland asset and the 'owners' want as little publicity as possible!
