Leuchars 2010 Arrivals & Show Photos - A few extras 27/12/10

Updated after another fantastic show. Weather on the day.....started off very wet, but slowly improved, then stayed mostly warm and sunny after that. Jumped on a bus at 5.10pm and was back home in Dundee just before 6.

Superb pictures - that's one of the most striking Sabre shots I've ever seen! :clap:

Welll done with the Typhoon shot, I watched that on Friday but didn't get the photo.
Hope you managed to get the shot of the Belgian F16 on Saturday with the awesome shock wave :drool:

Wonderful stuff. Typhoon in the gloom is so moody but the Gripen jetwash is the pick for me.

Thanks for sharing these photos - I particularly like the harrier and the F86 shots. I have learned something about composition from this selection and will try to copy some of your ideas - great stuff

Playing around with a trial version of Nik Color Efex 3.0 Pro (and Capture NX2), using a few photos from the airshow to practice on. Quite happy with the results. Didn't want to start a new thread for these so have thrown them in with my Leuchars airshow post.

Love the first iconic B-52 shot. I really like the second B-52 shot too - a bit different.
