Some restricted museum availability on Monday 12th September 2011

From 1300 hours to 1700 hours there will be restricted access to each of the museum display hangars for short periods of time, whilst those facilities are being used by a local photographic company.

1300 – 1500 hours; Hangar 1 will be closed to the public
1530 – 1700 hours; Hangar 2 will be closed to the public

Oh I wonder if this will be like the photograph company that took pictures awhile ago.

It depends on which photographic company you’re thinking about!

However I suspect from the smilies that you may be correct and it reminds me of one quip from a female visitor last year, about her husband’s visit to the museum when the same photographic company was on site – “Today’s the best day out he’s had in years!”

If you’ll pardon the pun ‘today was a no show!’ – an apparent mix up on the booking; so all buildings were open as normal!

Fingers crossed that the weekend’s TVR Club meeting at the museum isn’t similarly afflicted!!
