Post by Lossie15 »

Hello all, Hope you are well! Took a trip down to Dyce today to get photos of the Jaguar GR3 (41 SQN/XZ372/FV) newly bough by Aberdeen Airport Fire section.

Hope you all have a merry christmas!

Please don't burn it just look after it, it's such a great aircraft.
Looking at the dirty circle on the badge picture I think it was once a 6 Sqn machine.

That last is a great, shame to see it in such a state.

I know the man who bought it and the plan is not to burn it. It's to be used for weapon training and how do deal with canopies and things like that. All sort of engineering reasons aswell. :)
