Hi All, first attempt at low light and night shooting, I found it extremely challenging but very rewarding. Lakenheath start's later in the day due to the night flying so I spent an hour or two at Mildenhall while I waited for the Heath to busy up, the day turned out to be all action and the night flying is something else, the atmosphere and sounds of the base really amp up, hopefully I'll get the chance to do it again next year. Enjoy the pictures.

Got to be honest the they're not all my cup of tea but numbers 16 and 17 are very good

Thanks everyone for your comments, the Eagle on shot 17 held just long enough for an exposure, there was no second chance for that one so glad it came out as well as it did.
Hi Stuart, which ones didn't work for you? I'm always interested in feedback, was it the angles or post production? Cheers.

All superb, am drawn to the last 3 as my favourites.

Captain Scarlet is indestructable, you are not. Remember this, do not try to imitate him.

Shot 16 is fabulous - but all in all a great set. Autumn colours make a wonderful backdrop in those landing shots too. Cracking work.

Shot 17 is absolutely fantastic

Thanks for all the additional comments, glad you liked them
This was one of my favorite shots, it almost has a 3D feel to it.
