Hi guys,
Back in January 2013 I was part of a group that visited Edwards AFB to obtain some photos for some upcoming features on something Electric. Whilst we were there we obviously spent a few hours on the ramps and at the runway.
The weather and light was perfect, we even caught the first Indian C-17 on the ramp fresh as a daisy from the factory!
Here's a few shots from our visit, the "Electrical" shots will appear in a UKAR feature coming soon!
Comments and criticism is always welcome, I've taken some post processing advice on board from Anthony/Umea4 (sorry I haven't replied to your PM) so would appreciate it please. I've noticed these look oversharp at 1024, they are fine are original upload size... I blame Flickr lol.
Thanks
Andy

Look good to me Andy.
As you say slightly too sharp maybe but not that it matters

Great photos Andy, lovely light, and those F-16s look great in their new scheme.
One thing though, and this is being extremely picky, is that the photos of the C-17 (#12 and #15) really don't look as good when you crop a little out. Yes I know it's a big plane and sometimes un-avoidable to get the whole aircraft, but the head on photo, to me anyway, jumps out more because it is a whole aircraft in the frame.
Like I said though, extremely picky.
Jack.

Thanks guys,
That's a personal preference Jack, I personally cannot stand massive amounts of empty space just to fit in a flap or winglet, I'd rather crop it out afterwards.

Beautiful thread Andy
I agree with you on the cropping. Dead space is distracting. I also agree with Agg, I love the Have Glass scheme.
