Yesterday saw the start of my season with the annual Kjeller Flydag at the historic Kjeller airfield just outside of Oslo. The line up was'nt as exciting as previous years with the SwAFHF and the RNoAF backing out right before the show. Still it was a nice day out, with some great flying, although the weather was pants for pretty much most of the day. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Kjeller Flydag 2014
Re: Kjeller Flydag 2014
Super low speed panning shots. Where these taken on the far side near the school?
Re: Kjeller Flydag 2014
Thank you!
And that is correct, there was'nt a lot of people there this year, but apparently this is the last year that the show is going to be free, so hopefully they will get some money to book some interesting acts and attract more people

Have to agree, the panning work is excellent! What shutter speed were you using for the Spitfire take off?

Whoa, whenever I tried to go below 1/60th there was to much camera shake to make the serial number/ codes readable!

Superb panning and nice selection of aircraft! Alas, it seems like a disproportionate number of images I've seen from Scandinavian air shows feature rather dire skies
