I can confirm that the two Classic Air Force jet participants will be G-HELV (Camoflague) T.55 Vampire and G-BWMF 'WA591' Meteor T.7. This may have already been posted elsewhere but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere the specific Vampire and Meteor. Although, on the www.classicairforce.com movements page (where the displays for both of those are listed), I cant see any mention of an Avro Anson display so I presume it is the Blue Shuttleworth Anson.

Also, does anyone know when the British Airways A318 is due to arrive?

Cheers

Thought so, anyone thinking the static map lineup was a dead cert had no grasp on global politics. That and the A350-1000 is still in production!

Surprise, surprise. At least Russ doesn't have to eat his hat and I'll save £150.

Yeh, hope to see the Saab 35 Draken. It looks like something out of Star Wars.

I find it ironic that FIA is supposed to be a cutting edge trade show and yet the enthusiasts want to see the Viggen, Me262 and the AV8.

Some of us older enthusiasts still would like Farnborough of old where the latest models were displayed. It was very different to other UK air shows but now it just mimics the rest although admitedly this year they have captured a few gems.

The week days are a cutting edge trade show. The weekend is not.

Latest site map has been published.

Seems to hint the Spanish Harrier is on static trade days, that both a 787-8 and -9 will be on static and there will be two A380's on the airfield, one static and one flying.

There will be a Typhoon and Hawk outside the BAE tent.

Interesting when you zoom in very close. Strange that there us no mention of US DoD anywhere on the static lineup. Also interesting to see that what seems to be a huge section of the crowd line is taken up with hospitality towards the western end.
