G1 for me.

That is right next to the barrier. Hope it is low enough to look over for me and my camera.

L72 here.

How tall is the fence/barrier in front of the bottom row? This is my first FRIAT experience (and second RIAT at all). I wonder if the barrier is low enough to comfortably see above it to aircraft on the runway? I'm 1.88m tall - this will help a bit I hope?

Still no sign of my 1 x Mach3 & 2 x Mach1 passes. Slightly worried as I live less than 20miles from DBH! :dunno:

They are holding these types back due to Mach 1 being the last ones sent out, you should get them tomorrow.

L74, although I'm Mach 3. I had asked to have one at the bottom on the Saturday so I could sit with my dad, guess I'm there all week

You are two seats away from me. So how "bad" is the bottom row?

No idea, hoping I can blag something up top perhaps, although Sunday is my walking around day, only going to spend a bit in the seats with my friend anyway for the stuff she wants to see (she's taking my dad's Sunday ticket) so not so fussed.

I was on the phone earlier today to Wendy in FRIAT. I don't know how it operated in previous years, I was under the impression that all the FRIAT tickets were sent out in one big bulk posting. From what she said to me today, tickets are being dispatched in stages, with Mach 3 tickets being sent first. So don't panic yet (unlike me  ).

Mark.

Not surprised to be honest, as seats are in such demand it would be highly unusual to allow you to have different seats on different days, you get a seat allocated for the entire week.

To allocate different seats on different days means that second seat can't be allocated to another member = lost income.
