I have to get there myself too. What a varied selection of aircraft the JASDF have but isnt that blue thunder in red and white? and i love the amphibian and the P1, which looks a heck of a lot better platform than the Poseidon. Thank you for sharing such a great selection.

The Red & white Heli is an Kawasaki OH1 light scout attack, the example being one prototypes I believe seen at Akeno, where I have to admit I was surprised at just how close we could get to hovering Heli's

Pete sorry I missed you as you rushed off for your BHX flight connection, I certainly hope to bump into you again next year. looking forward to seeing some of your humble efforts on this forum perhaps , I quickly processed some of the stand out stuff for this forum from the mountain of images I took I still have lots more to work through to edit them properly
