Another First Abingdon - Heavy

As a 15 year old and not minding the rain, this was a great season opener! I loved it. I am a bit rusty from last year but gave it my best shot. My editing skills seem to have gone down hill but I am not sure whether it was just shooting in hard conditions. Here's my effort from my first ever Abingdon. The best part of the day for me was the departures, mainly because the Merlin and 3 Gazelles taxied right in front of me! Lauren's small display on departure was very good! A huge congrats to the organisers for keeping the displays going and the crowd happy! A massive shame about the cancellations but safety first!

Great effort considering your age, the white Gazelle particularly stands out.

As we know from other posters conditions were pretty grim, a good set under any conditions, if that's the standard for 15 year olds, keep them coming, good stuff.

I thought all the RAF Merlins had transfered to the Royal Navy ?or is that by a later date ?Good photos for your age taken in challenging conditions.
