Exercise Joint Falcon; GLV-V 01-04-2016

Post by redskin301 »

All,

On April 1, I had the opportunity to catch a few helicopters on the GLV-V of the DHC from Gilze-Rijen.
The helicotpers had landed in a corner which I had never visited before. The area was quite small, but
the pilots managed to land two Chinooks at the same time at this spot. Also a cougar landed here and
the helicopters were of coarse protected by two Apaches.

Excellent photos - great variety of the action in the air and on the ground. Perfect weather for it too.

Brilliant photos, got a massive soft spot for the Dutch Cougar's. Nice to see some personnel mixed in the shots as well
