Very jealous. I took the chance of getting her on climb out from near the Prince of Wales, Broxted. Positioning was perfect, but unlikeqq at the airport, the cloud cover meant there was no sun! At least I missed the masses (so I heard) down Bulmer Rd.

Can I ask, what time did AF1 take off at?

in the pic titled 'Ospreys taxying' there's an A340 which is the State of Kuwait's 9K-ABB, was parked out front when I went north side later.

super shot and well done to Richard and the planewatch scheme , they really do pull the stops out for us at Stansted when they can

Thanks Alisdair, I had a 747 on an unusual track going over my house that day and thought it may have been AF1. Since it was before 10 it must have been one of 2 KLM 747's according to planefinder.
