:tumbleweed:

Slightly off thread; Old Warden/Shuttleworth's collection of old aircraft is located near " Biggles wade ". :cuppa:

Anyone recall Sgt. Braddock in the Rover?

Good luck with the display.

Matt Braddock VC. Had a book entitled Matt Braddock and the Flying Tigers. Pretty much won the Far East war single handed. :)

Imagine the carnage from the down wash a large helicopter could do with all those stick and string aircraft dotted around the place.

Looking at the bit of video on their Facebook page, the Merlin is static in the car park.

They announced on FB on Thursday it was changing its arrival slot to Saturday, they said on Wednesday it would be Sunday.

More annoying for me, the Swordfish and the PC-12 have arrived, I wanted to get them arriving.....

Wishful thinking, or does the Sea Hurri look much lower than the last show?

Absolutely! Besides they'd have been landing down the wrong end anyway, you'd never have caught them.

The Fighter Collection's Facebook page, which as a picture of the Wildcat, Corsair and Bearcat out on the apron today, states they have no plans to land at Shuttleworth, which is a shame. Nice to see their Nimrod here though.

It's rubbish. The swordfish doesn't have a torpedo.

I can't get that dribbley emoji on my phone - or the 'in love' one - would someone mind awfully popping them on for me?

Andy I take it these were shot at 6000mm and are heavily cropped? :-o

TFC trio, whilst a half decent display, were wasted by being so far away. If that's how it's going to be, then they may as well not bother. A few half decent closer passes would have been infinitely better.

We've just been chatting with our friends at GAR and we were all in agreement the TFC displays were superb, the Wildcat and Bearcat displays tearing the place up!

If you were watching through binoculars. Closer 'Shuttleworth' round the bend passes would have been much better.
