Decent addition in the absence of the Lancaster, far too underrated in the UK in terms of historic significance and rarity, particularly if it appears on the same bill as the Lanc

I always try to best position myself away from the commentry.. Though I know it matters a lot to others..

Very pleased to see Sally B added. She cant fail to do a better display than that at Farnborough last year...

George Bacon? Or maybe the chap from last year, can't recall his name but entertaining particularly when he got confused over the B52 flypast

Hypothetical question. Last year cosford managed to get a flyby from a b52. Rumour has it that there are some bombers due in fairford for an exercise, over the next few weeks. What is the likelihood of a b17 / big bomber flyby. Wishful thinking I'm sure, but be one hell of a sight and being the 70th birthday of the usaf???

Agreed.

Wondering if there will be another international participation if France & USA are still in discussion, fingers crossed. :worship:

Hopefully, maybe a v22 osprey for static like the one at Duxford. Hoping the website is updated soon so we can see the nations that are still in discussions !

I wonder how close it is to selling out this year?
I definitely think the lineup has been improved from last year so hopefully the team get just reward and more people attend.

Maybe an improvement on what turned up last year, however the wealth of classic jets and inclusion of a B52 flypast on paper IMO gave last year a better line up. If everything this year is able to display then sure, but that won't impact the sale of tickets

You'd think he was busy preparing an airshow or something...

France still in discussion...

This is a long shot but have Couteau Delta announced the additional airshow that they said they hadn't had full confirmation for on twitter just over a week ago?

I can't see anything about the additional airshow yet on their twitter or facebook so I'm guessing they haven't but someone here, e.g a Mr Bean character might have inside information
