A June Evening at Old Warden

Post by Tbolt »

A great evening show from the Shuttleworth guys. I bought a D7500 the day before so I was learning as I was going along. Flying didn't finish till 21:50, so by the time the Edwardians were up the Sun was down and there wasn't a lot of light for pictures.

Some beautiful shots there, clearly you've mastered the new camera very quickly. If you don't mind me asking, what lens(es) were you using for these?

I'm using the 200-500mm f5.6. It's seems like a good combo with the D7500.

Thanks Tbolt, maybe one day I will make the DSLR plunge...it's just the thought of lugging around all that kit...but seeing how good the results can be, it is tempting.

You've quickly mastered the new 'toy'. Excellent images and lovely light.

A great many lovely shots, but the black and white really stand out from the pack, especially that banking Hurricane.
