I also thought of the A-10s in 2010 in the 'will they/won't they' context of the Ukrainian visit.

Heavily rumoured to be attending, never formally confirmed by DBH... and then on the Friday afternoon two A-10s come howling over the Fairford threshold.

There is a precedent here, so everyone stop wetting the bed.

Well, if the Ukranians don't turn up there's always the Ukarians.

Strong presence from them this year I'm told.

Haven't the Japanese gone into Brize in the past?

Thunderbirds have just gone up, taking off in singles.

Edit
Rough calculation I would say about or after 19.30 arrival

F-22 call sign likely Tabor

Looks like I should start betting, Clean 81 departing McGuire  Going to be later than 19.30 I would guess though

You could well be right and I'm sure someone can verify. I'm in London at the moment and consequently about 400 miles from my photos, so can't run through my files to check.

Was due at 11:35 in FFD, but as yet hasn't shown up on Scanners or Radar so might have delayed until tomorrow?

I hope so. I don't mind missing the expected Tuesday arrivals (Tbirds, Raptors, U2, etc) but I would hope to see everything else in arrivals days.
