RAF Odiham Families Day this year was a great event and very well planned, very much like any other airshow. They had a decent sized flying display, with a few flypasts from the RAF, and an interesting static park. After attending last year, I was very excited to be attending again this year! The highlights for me were seeing the Chinook HC.5s and Lynx AH.9As constantly flying in and out of the base on family flights with some awesome tight banks to return, and the Chinook Role Demo of two 7 Sqn HC.6s. I don't have any photos of the flypasts as they were either too far away (using the main runway) or too high to get a decent photo, so here is my selection.
