The Blades slot seems rather small... Surely they can't be too limited as they have a much smaller radius to Reds.

Does anyone know the flying line up for Friday? Or if you find out this week, any chance of posting it here? I’m just wondering if to take a day off work or not.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting the times; this is by far the best format listing I have seen, as the 'official' social-media/website seem to have very poor information. I might attend later in the week (Thurs/Fri), so would certainly welcome any similar schedules that you are able to kindly provide :-)

Many thanks
Alisdair

Ok I went to my local show today...
Had to park in Queens Parade as I gate were having issues scanning tickets. Quite easy, no problem with buses this year. Got searched for the second time on arrival. Was in the show about 9. The new hall 1 was good, great aircon! Quite a few freebees being given away, but not like the old days. As ever find a spot on the fence 5 min before the show starts. Some nice aircraft, if you like civil. That was the good bits..
Aircraft parking for photos abysmal, you no longer can get all the way along the crowd line in the middle. It is like a maze trying to negotiate the parking areas and challets. Only at the western end is there any real order with the static. Flying is pretty poor. The airliners all seem to have the same display at the same height. Only really the Herc and A400 do anything, F-16 was a no show. Finally the food, £11 for a burger, yes really. All food vendors were artisan type charging a premium price. They will need many more of them for the weekend or queues will be massive.

Only really decent displays , as "farnboroughrob" has said elsewhere all the airliners far to high and samey, and totally agree ref static worse one ever pretty much impossible to get any sort of shot never mind a clean shot

Was listening on my scanner today. F-16 had tech problems. They finally sorted it but was told too late for slot.

Been to Farnborough a good few times, missed 2016 though as went to RIAT instead (which was I think better in terms of an airshow - saw MIG29!)

GF has bought us tickets to Saturday's show... am i missing something or is the line up really dissapointing compared to previous shows?

No F18, no typhoon, no F35? Doesn't seem like there is any military fast jet stuff at all .. with exception of a Harrier and F16.

If the listed line up is accurate, what's happened? Our US friends given up on displays here in Blighty?

Off for my trade day tomorrow and back on Sunday for a public day. Some may say I’m a sucker for punishment !!. Does anyone know if the main Cafe / restaurant is still in Hall 1 after its revamp ?
