Cheers. Cropped too much in the end I think because you can see the heat haze but there, again, is a shortcoming of a compact. Nice composition perhaps (thank you) but shows the limitations.

My dilemma is whether to take an SLR next year (I have one but don't take it), because it would change my Riat considerably but I would likely get higher quality images. Hmmm...

I'm not a slanty angle fan, never have been, but I do like some of the close crops, the Reds tails and shiny nosed Rivet Joint in particular. Good to see something different. :biggrin:
