And adding another cool helicopter to the static apart from the Portuguese Merlin is the Polish airforce with an Mi-8, also a pretty rare sight in this part of Europe.

Yes, along with an EC-120 from the helicopter training school at Dax. The Xingus are used for multi-engine training for transport pilots of the Belgian air force, while the EC-120s are the training machines for future Belgian helicopter pilots :)

Want another static helicopter?

Denmark will also present an EH-101 Merlin in static.

I honestly don’t think I can remember a late flurry of additions to an airshow line-up quite like it, and certainly not of this quality. Absolutely superb... just need the weather to play ball now.

My apologies, guys. Just been confirmed on Scramble that the Al Fursan 'confirmation' was in fact an old website page from the 2014 show.

"Google doesn't forget" :)
Same goes for the F-15C/D rumour. Apologies to anyone who got excited for this.
More news over the next few days.

Pretty sure it was listed as flying, yes.

Shame it's been changed to static.

Considering the fantastic lineup already, I'm not surprised something has given way, a shame about the Hunter though

And the Dutch provide some more heavy power with their KDC-10 for a flypass.

Today's the last day for advance tickets. I've booked for Saturday as the forecast looks good. Antwerp forts on Sunday, as its their Heritage Days

You can still get advance tickets after today, but they will be more expensive, today is final day for reductions :)

@Chrisse, have you got any information on whether or not the KC-135 from Andrews AFB will be at the show both days? Thanks in advance! Very excited about the line-up btw

I notice Team Raven and the Red Bull glider have been added. I'd rather have the Dutch Hunter back in though.
