With the Thomas cook colaspe.
There seems to be some nice traffic going into Brum today. Not a civvie spotter myself but work under the approach and this morning are see some types not normally seen. Nice A380 gone in with a blue bubble like design scheme. Guess these are what the CAA have drafted in from around the world to get home the stranded. Could be a good few days for the civvi snappers around Brum, with a camera.

Been rather busy with military traffic this morning too! Belgian ERJ-135, Polish C-295M & German A400M noted.

Are you sure about the GAF A400M?
Apparently it got as far as Eindhoven and is u/s, or did they send a second one over?

So you "noted" it before it arrived? Oops!
Don't worry about it.
Re: Birmingham airport.
A380 was, ANA. All nippon airways with blue turtles design scheme and not what i thought looked like bubbles.

Not ANA at all, but Emirates A380 A6-EOS operating the usual EK39 in this scheme :- https://www.airliners.net/photo/Emirate ... QuJg%3D%3D
So what else didn't actually arrive in Birmingham today?
