I wouldn’t expect a CV-22, to my knowledge they haven’t even flown again yet and they’ve got a tonne of pilot currency and training to catch up on - airshows will be the lowest thing on their agenda.

Royal Navy Black-Cats missing from your list there but I think there will be a few more. Last year I think there were 33 flying displays on the main days.

2024 shows - Duxford D-Day (both days) Cosford, Armed Forces Day NI, RIAT (3 days) Portrush & Duxford BoB

Be interesting (Especially for a markings nerd like myself) to see what livery and markings they show up in. The previous QA delivery flights through Mildenhall have all been clear of markings.

I've got to admit I was doubting we would be getting an F15 however fair play to Boeing for pulling it out of the bag it should be a fantastic display. We've still got however many weeks to go and the Flying line-up does look great. Forgive me if I miss any of the self-confirms (or spell something wrong), but I think this may be the flying list so far:
Flying:
• Canadian CF118A
• Czech Gripen C
• Danish F16AM
• Finish Midnight Hawks display team
• German A400m
• German Eurofighter Typhoon
• German Army NH90
• Hungarian Gripen C
• Italian Eurofighter Typhoon
• Italian C27 J Spartan
• Italian T346A Master
• Jordanian Royal Jordanian Falcons
• RAF Lancaster
• RAF Spitfire
• RAF Hurricane
• RAF Red Arrows
• RAF Eurofighter Typhoon Display Team
• RAF F35 B Lightning 2 Demo
• Slovenian PC9
• Spanish Harrier 2
• Swedish Gripen C
• Swiss Patrouille Suisse
• Turkish F16 Demo
• Boeing F15 Demo
• RAF Chinook Demo
To be honest I can’t really imagine the list will grow much from here.
Very impressive line-up…

Well who knows what other surprises are in store, lets try to remember thou the F15 hasn’t been confirmed by RIAT just yet!

I guess off the top of my head ..

Self confirmed

Polish F16
RN Blackcats
RAF Chinook

And rumours of Saudi Hawks?

I might add we usually get some sort of USAF flying ( aside from the Boeing demo) , not guaranteed but usually some flypasts or Osprey ( which i realise are grounded )?

Or not.....Think they were RtoF a couple of months ago ( Albeit I've only seen them on ADSB-Exch. over CONUS & Japan, can't recall seeing any up over Europe )

11 March - but the services have different procedures, maintenance, training etc and it will vary as to when they are fully operational

That RNLAF 'Viper' tail is really nice. Looking forward to hopefully seeing that should it come to Fairford as one of the 4 they plan to send. 👍👍

It was and still is the initial idea to include the J-197 in the 4 of which will be attending RIAT, tho it fully depends on the technical state of the aircraft around the time RIAT comes.

It’s very nice for sure. Is that the only special scheme one? I’m seem to recall a few are in special markings. Looks amazing though

Of course it's not confirmed until RIAT confirms it.
I refer members to my signature below....
nothing is confirmed at a show until its u/c hits the tarmac or it is running in for its display.....

It is the only RNLAF F-16 currently carrying a special tail, although RNLAF F-16 markings differ between toned down, full colour, half colour, color tailbands and squadron roundels etc, so theres a large variety of how they look.

I saw a post online, I cant remember where but it was referencing the new scheme of the Danish F-16 Demo. Can anyone confirm that they are indeed painting a new scheme?

I’ve seen rumours of that also, I think it was on thisisflight.net. They also tease whether a new scheme is coming quite often on their insta story. Hopefully its Dannebrog-ish, I really miss that scheme

That was the scuttlebutt I heard, to be unveiled at the now-cancelled Danish Airshow. Not sure whether they’re cracking on with it or not.

Which isn't a very big surprise as someone has been rabbiting on about it for months on this forum!
