Thanks for the response, however the question was, at what time does the traffic change from being a one way system away from FFD, to allow us to return to the campsite
Monday

No. I got back in from Fairford village to Kempsford Camping about 8 or 9pm on the Saturday last year.

That will be different to see rather than the usual display they put on.

The Canadians have certainly beefed up their display it seems.

I remember in 2018 when I saw it, I thought it was up there with the Viper demo team with most yawn worthy jet display, so it’s good to see they’ve put some effort in this year!

I wonder if they’ll get special permission like the Thunderbirds in 2017 to be allowed to fly over the crowd?

From memory, didn't Saudi Hawks do so too last year?

Nice routine. Not convinced about the livery. Would be nice if the Herc was part of the RIAT routine but not expecting it.

F-15 Confirmed
It’s not #TakeoffThursday, but we simply couldn’t wait to share this news with you…

Likely to be one of the highlights of the RIAT24 flying display programme and performing over all three show days, we’re pleased to confirm that the Boeing F-15QA Ababil will be attending this year’s show. This jet, operated by the Qatar Emiri Air Force, will be flown by Boeing test pilots to showcase the power and agility of this new variant of the F-15 Eagle.

Sounds like it will be doing two different displays as well:
The flying display will include a pair of aircraft in Qatari Emiri Air Force colours and each aircraft will perform a solo display on different days of the show. The first aircraft will be configured ‘clean’ to show off the maximum performance of the aircraft, the second will be configured in a combat configuration to demonstrate how little the aircrafts performance is affected when carrying weapons.

Bloody brilliant!

I just hope it's not flown specifically for Farnborough's requirements (thinks back to the Super Hornet demos that were displayed in orbit).

Also I would say this is the first tooled up F-15 display since the Isreali's at Waddington in 2001? 🫨

I know we kind of covered this when it was self confirmed but echoing what everyone else is saying ... absolute star item. The videos I've seen from the Dubai airshow was very very impressive, the high alpha maneuvers will be fantastic !

I'll keep my fingers crossed that they might be parked on the south-side so that we can see them both up close if there'll be two different configurations to see.

I wonder if the display at RIAT will be a little longer than at Dubai? It seems when it performed at Dubai it only was up for about 5 minutes!

Stupid question (presumably) is that is there 2 displays each day (1 dirty 1 clean)? Or just a lucky dip as to which aircraft displays on the day you're attending?
