I hoped that Eastbourne would get an international act to replace the reds but with all the schedules released now, nothing has Eastbourne on it. At this rate I doubt that even the RAF f35 and chinook role demos will attend.

Yup, starting to look quite concerning that they have 4 displays announced and haven't announced any more since early March, one of which is the only one on the Thursday(and the only announced display for that day at that), also has to be some concern with the recent unfortunate BBMF grounding due to the accident that there is a chance they may not be back in the air for this either.

I suspect BBMF may do the King's Birthday flypast and nothing else for some time. Reds def can only do Thursday due to their North America plans.

No advertised participation from any other usual displays Wingwalkers Team Raven Strikemaster Vampire etc either...

To be honest neither have Southport and that's the middle of July. Seems to be the way TSA operate now, leaving things fairly late.

yes a very good update! I've seen the Draken before but a big Wow factor for a free seaside show. And the Bronco is always welcome.

Still no aerobatic team apart from Thursday though...

More announcements will follow. I am quite annoyed as I live in Eastbourne but because of the lack of updates I decided to attend the massive Polish Armed Forces flypast in Warsaw instead :/ hopefully it returns next year, or Bournemouth manage to book it.

The Draken as an addition is cracking, certainly not one I can recall seeing and probably one of my favourite older jet fighters, given Bournemouth seem to have also bagged the Viggen im hoping that maybe Eastbourne will have swung that as a late addition.

is it still the case that you get a daily flying schedule on the day by showing a programme? I'd like to know Saturday's timetable in advance of the day.

Yes, any person selling the programme will give you the updated flying schedule, which is always very different to the one in the booklet.

Why is the Draken on a weekday? Couldn't get time off for a weekday myself(notice was too short),but don't see the point of going to the weekend one now. I think it would be better if they just made this a weekend show over two days.
