Topic of the Week #110 - Chippies

Post by Blackbird »

I've always had a soft spot for the Chipmunk. My late Dad, who got me into aviation and photography at a very young age, always told me that he flew (as the passenger) in the first Chipmunk to be delivered to the RAF. So, usual rules, five of your favourite Chippie shots.

Some great photos here, showing off the "pretty" Chippie in so many colours and so many different angles. Many thanks to you all.

In the end, my winner is Aviation Anorak's image of G-HDAE in the yellow Portuguese scheme with the sharkmouth (or is it a dragon?) cowling. Over to you!
