Airfix 1/48 Sea Fury G-FURY

Post by DerekF »

A quick and easy kit this one. Everything fits nicely and goes together quickly and without filler. Finished in the short-lived colours of G-FURY in about 1981 as a companion to my earlier build of G-FIRE.

Nice job. G-FURY met a sad end: I remember finding the remains in a field at Waddington short of the runway. Centaurus failure I imagine, but don't know.

Lovely- brings back some great memories. Really skilful modelling on the spinners and cheat lines.
