The only place is inside the showground, there are no places outside as its in the middle of a military area and outside of the showground is restricted.

I can only give the official answer which is "no".
The airfield is not open to the public during the rehearsals. The adjacent road is lined with trees so it would be an exercise in futility to try to watch from there. Also, parking there is not possible.
