paint comparison charts

I'm trying to obtain the right colour grey for a Casa C -212. The instructions state 338 which is what Mr Color and Vallejo agree with (although Vallejo calls it Russian Air Force light grey) but they don't do spray versions. Humbrol suggests 147 Matt which is also not available as a spray.

I've tried various comparison pages and they seem very off with equivalent colours nowhere near, can any recommend a definitive web page?

FS 36495 seems to be what I need, I think will have to compare the Tamiya sprays with Humbrol 147 in the shop...
