So that was at 500mm max then? Shame, I probably won't get a shot like that, 300mm is the maximum for me and Jack.

Been following this thread on Mrs Vandal's laptop which I am not signed in to UKAR on, but am on the PC just now, so taking the opportunity to say a huge Thanks Andy for all the updates, pics etc.

Can't make RIAT this year, so this thread is certainly helping ease the pain.

Hope the weather holds out and the UKAR faithful have an enjoyable few days.

Thanks for all the work you´ve put in!

Any chance that you caught the German Sea King in its special paint scheme?
Probably arrived on Wednesday...?

Thanks again,

Is that it for the day ? No B2 then ? Wonder if it will appear tomorrow during the show, do a flypast then land and go up the end in static for the weekend.

All the best for the weekend. Hope the wx is decent on at least ONE of the show days and again for departures on Monday.

No - still stuff due in today. RIAT Updates tweeted that the Slovak MiG is due around 1740, French Rafales at 1850. Vulcan and B-2 yet to arrive. Last arrival today is 1940.

Looking from the 27 end I thought he'd lost it and was half expecting and ejection.

I left at 3pm.

The shouts of fair weather photographer are true!

The rain was not very heavy for the most part, but it was incessant.

For those still there best of luck! For those travelling and camping I do hope things improve!
