For those that can't ID all the aircraft an easy way to ID them is to put the index number (plane registration) into Google.

Did the civvy Gulf 4 arrive last night ? Was due about 6.

If you try that with the Jordanian C-130 then you'll get a map of the 345 bus route around London.

I for one have really enjoyed browsing this thread, absolutely fantastic!!!

Looking forward to everyone's posts over the weekend and no doubt a lot of very red people afterwards. Wish I was going myself (haven't been to an RIAT for several years now)

345 is a bit broad, searching on "345 royal jordanian airforce" all clearly visible on side of aircraft.

Yes - a good idea for a thread but, as BigRedDog has suggested, you could educate so many more of us on here if you captioned your photos. To people who don't recognise every plane on the planet, uploading an untitled photo is next to a waste of time.

As I'm sure I've told you before, if you are unsure of anything then please feel free to ask. There are lots of knowledgable people on here who can identify things for you.

It's a bit much to expect Andy to be providing captions, given everything he's doing, and quite frankly it would be a waste of his time considering 99% of people in here already know these things.

Far easier for you just to ask about those you don't know, rather than moan, because as you can see from the other responses, it doesn't go down very well.

Heading down now from Telford hope to be at flyby before 4pm, Anybody know if anything is scheduled/planned to arrive display. Heard Vulcan due at 1700hrs.
