Ukrainians (Su-24/Su-27/Il-76) arriving on Thursday / the Saudi hawks will start arriving from Monday not sure if those will be the jets, B737 or the C-130s. Su-22 might now arrive on Friday rather than Saturday.

Full display only on saturday you might still see it fly on Sunday as the planned departure back to its Homebase is scheduled for late afternoon on Sunday after the Air displays.

54°35'29.2"N 18°29'51.9"E or 54°34'09.7"N 18°32'08.8"E will be ok for arrivals. Ukrainians always arrived to Radom airshow very early, around 7 and 8 am, I think it will be similar in Gdynia.

The best option to get to the base on Saturday and Sunday is free bus from Gdynia Główna railway station (first bus at 9:15). Last year parking was full and it took even 2 hours to leave airport, I really recommend you bus.

8x Saudi Hawks and 3x C-130s already in Budapest they are scheduled to arrive in Gdynia tomorrow between 1200 & 1300 local. On the bad side, the grey fitter is scheduled to be in Gdynia now not sure if it will be the single or double seater tho.

On a Facebook reply to a comment, the organiser says that they also expect a 737 and an An12 to arrive for support tomorrow monday.

The Ukrainians were really low according to videos I have seen !

Does anybody know at around what time the SU22 is going to display tomorrow ?
From what I see on the program it will be around 4pm if the program is made chronologically.

This is one of the coolest things i've seen for a long time.

It's little things like these amazing low-level arrivals that UK airshows are missing!

Absolutely amazing.

Flanker display to the usual standards. Nice takeoff from the waterlogged runway.

Sun came out in time for the Fitter practice. All good!

So it is done now !

Today departure from the Ukrainians was quite amazing again with an incredible low low pass. I liked the Su24 taking off with afterburner but also with airbrakes extended (to make more noise without gaining speed I guess ?).

For me, it was the first time seeing the Su22/Su24 and Mil mi 17 in flight. Not the more common nowadays.
And if they see this, thanks to all the pilots for giving the departure schedule when I asked !

I thoroughly enjoyed the show and one thing that amused me yesterday was when they fired up the Candid and it blew a huge dust cloud over the USAF C-130 being prepped behind them, closely followed by the big plywood panels that had been placed as walkways for visitors over the boggy ground, much to the consternation of some groundcrew in PAF uniforms.

Then the Fencer did a ground run that flattened all of the Heras fencing about 200m away that had secured our campsite, while the contractors were in the process of dismantling it. Again with a few melodramatic gestures resulting. The Ukrainians were great and certainly know how to make an impression!

I echo the thanks to everyone involved, I've been to Cosford / Duxford / RIAT / SIAF so far this year and this was the most memorable and enjoyable show for me. And cheaper than RIAT, even taking flights into consideration. I look forward to my next visit to Poland.
