SD Cards?

Post by rockfordstone »

I'm looking into getting extra SD cards in the run-up to RIAT given I will now be there 6 days rather than 2 or 3.

historically I have been using Sandisk Extreme Pro UHS-I which has a shooting/write speed of about 90mb/s.

I haven't had any particular issues with them, but I'm interested in seeing what cards others are using?

I have also used the Sandisk Extreme Pro UHS-I, usually the 16GB or 32GB (95MB/s) sizes. I don't believe there's anything better for my 6D which cannot use the UHS-2 SD cards. I have used this website to determine whether there are alternatives for my 6D:

Hope you find it useful.

thanks for this, it looks like the ones I'm using are still the best for my camera, so I may just keep using them
