Our last episode of 2023 (recorded) and first of 2024 (published) is live - not the Richard Grace ones but a Christmas Roundup, Danish delights and Flying Legend Lamentations
Another great episode.
Is that the new Ultimate Warbirds Mustang (ex-Australian) in the background of this photo? (I've not seen any other photos of it post-repaint yet, but assume it's that Mustang). Unsurprising American metal scheme if it is that one from the photo.

Thank you both! That is the new Mustang yes. Its new guise should be revealed in the next few weeks!

It is, I would've liked to see it stay in the Aussie scheme too but having seen the full repaint in the flesh it is a very good and (imho) will be the nicest schemed Mustang in Europe, it should be rolled out very soon
Free straws available to clutch at - PM me. Inventor of the baguette scale
A couple of weeks ago we chatted to Trevor Graham from Midlands Air Festival to talk about the show - and why they're attracting so many top enthusiast items this year
Another episode that gets me excited for this season, nice work! Really good to hear more about how they have managed to get a civilian swept-wing jet display over land, especially the point about a display involving no aerobatics actually being better for photographers, which I totally agree with.
Agreed with the above, it was great to speak to him and get a perspective on a "different" kind of show that we've normally spoken about and understand that side of the airshow industry. He was a great guest and following his stories at the end we may well have to have him back on just to recount his anecdotes of working in the airshow world!
Back to the regular format this week, we discuss various airshow updates since the beginning of the year, RIAT's first Take-Off Thursday and we have (probably part one of) a chat with Dan about what working in an airline is actually like.
Outstanding! That's the drive to work tomorrow sorted now! Loved the end of year bloopers too - was literally crying with laughter while out walking the dog! Keep up the great work.

I hope it gives you a sense of the editing I have to do in every bleedin episode!
A new episode out now, paying tribute to the Belgian F-16 display, covering the cancellation of Rhyl Airshow and Gordon joins us to chat about the Apple TV show Masters of the Air.
Great new episode guys
I only went to the Rhyl airshow once, but it was a good year, 2012. RAF Tornado role demo & USAF KC-135 were the headline flying displays!
It genuinely does mean a lot to use to get feedback from you guys so thank you. Knowing that the episodes are actually being enjoyed goes a long way to help us want to make more!
Good listen as always, I listen to you guys either going to work or sometimes whilst out for a run. I like hearing your opinions on all things aviation, plus there isn't really anything else like this for our hobby so it just keeps me up to date with what is going on
I would imagine the bag policy was a requirement of the ACPO/Police rep on the local Safety Advisory Group. This sort of thing is rarely the decision of the event organiser.
I have no direct knowledge of this case, it's just been my experience - event organisers are very often dealt what can seem very restrictive requirements for public safety, even at the last minute.
In our latest episode we have the RAF's Sqn Ldr Mark Sugden and Flt Lt Seb Davey on to talk about the BBMF and their aircraft! This was a really fun episode to record and I'm sure it'll be a great listen.
