Garden Wildlife

Post by Slinger65 »

One of the few benefits of lockdown is working from home giving more opportunities to catch up on visiting wildlife in the garden...

Nice set. Looks as though there's more than enough in the garden to keep you occupied.

Thanks - the small pond, wildlife friendly plants (buddleia, lavender etc) and location on the edge of the village all help attract plenty of visitors, including 2 or 3 hedgehogs most nights.

Very nice :-) Yeah, I have around 4 hedgehogs visit my garden every night. I have a trail cam out and is great to watch back the videos of their night-time behaviour :-)

Yes I've the same - they aren't always as timid as they look, occasional ASBO behaviour and tipping over the food tray more than once when scrapping over a few peanuts.
