Kingfisher **update**

Havent had many opportunitys to photograph these stunning little birds this year what with Covid being about :rage: but managed to get out this morning following up on a tip off :grinning: also nice to try out my new Nikkor 500pf Lens :sunglasses:

Gorgeous bird and well taken, Ian. The UKAR images don't look anywhere near as sharp as the outstanding originals on Flickr. From what distance did you photograph this bird? TIA.

Thanks George for the complements. this bird was just over 20 meters from me. i had a tip off about the spot so no hide used i was just sat in the reeds on a stool

Ian, too many images of KFs are never enough! Another fab trio of images with the second image being my favourite of the series. Nice work.
