First time I've scanned these from a memorable show, although the weather I believe was fairly pants on the show days and one may have even been cancelled from memory?
Waddington attracted many notable UK show firsts including several only appearances to dates - think Singapore A-4s, Israeli F-15Is, Korean Black Eagles and of course in 2007 the base was hosting the exercise Indra Dhanush, six Indian Air Force Su30MKIs with support Il78MKI exercising with co-located Tornado F3s from Leeming and the Coningsby based Typhoons. This all happening across the weekends of Waddington Airshow and Fairford RIAT boosting the show line ups considerably.
So we'll start Waddington's show memoirs with the early Thursday arrivals, two waves each consisting of an Il78MKI escorting three Su30MKIs with a single Il76MD transport appearing a little later in the morning, it was a busy approach with many folk being caught out by the early timings and cars abandoned at the lights! These are more in serial order rather than landing order.

Re: Waddington 2007 Airshow with added spice
I went on Saturday and the weather was awful. I recall spending most of the morning taking shelter under cover of the Utterly Butterly tent thingy. I came away with precious few photos worth looking at, but (forgive me for "hijacking") this was about the best.

Me too - that was the furthest I have ever driven for an airshow - 350 mile round trip.
