Developed from the Sharp Nemesis NXT kit-built Sport class racer (one of which was in the running at Reno a couple of months ago). Very odd that isn't mentioned.

Electric might be ok for smaller types, but it seems hydrogen power is the future for larger aircraft.

I think what prompted it was a Facebook post by the Flyaspitfire.com team which asked something like "What do you think of an electric Spitfire?" when they shared the news story. Some of the comments....oh my. I can see why a lot of aviation folk don't touch social media!

What is hydrogen power? If you mean hydrogen fuel cells they still need an electric motor so surely they're still 'electric'?
