BAE Heritage aircraft at Shuttleworth

Post by JonMann »

I believe this was brought up before the great forum crash of 2021, but it was only rumours of what was going to happen to the aircraft. Last week Shuttleworth and BAE released a joint statement regarding the future of the 3 aircraft currently residing at Old Warden. Hopefully this all works out and they can stay and become permanent addtitions.

That's more promising news that what was rumoured. Shuttleworth is the natural home for these aircraft.

As expected, they've been formally handed over to the Shuttleworth Trust.
