Black Eagles Look to be having Boscombe as their Base for the air show. Any predictions for the rest or confirmations?

It’s 13 minutes to the next slot starting, there is a clearance allowance between each. Likely a 10 minute slot for the Black Eagles.

Not the full display, as expected, but still marvellous to see at Southport.

I believe it's just a 7 minute display that Southport is getting. It's only RIAT getting the full show.

This. Its been clear from the start that only RIAT is getting the full show, and has been mentioned more than once up this thread. Its absolutely fantastic that the Black Eagles are appearing at Southport, its quite the coup, but I think there is a risk that some folks are setting themselves up for disappointment when what appears isn't the full monty. I consider myself very lucky in getting to see the team at both venues.. but I'm considering Southport as a preview. If we do get more I'd be delighted obviously!

There are 13 minutes between the Black Eagles start time and the start time of the next slot. There is clearance/spacing between slots, so that doesn't equate to a 13 minute display duration.

If like today it’s 11(ish) - was about 11:05 and only 3 aircraft flew a series of passes in V formation for about 10 mins.

Really looking forward to this on Saturday. Family day out at the beach with some aeroplanes.

Does anyone know if 121.175 will still be in use for the show as in previous years?

looking at the timings for Saturday the blades and black eagles follow each other. Imagine the photo opp if they got a formation together, I know it would never happen but imagine lol.

Do aircraft often practice before the airship here?

First time I’ve lived here and today was a nice surprise 😊
