A rare foray into the photographic department of UKAR for me, as you may have seen in my more familiar habitat the WS788 resto thread, I was on site at YAM for a H&S course on Saturday afternoon and on the way in it began to snow. Actual proper snow too! So I had to take a few photos as I was wandering around site checking all was well with the aircraft after the storms; would've been rude not to!

Heading back to the hangar to check the aircraft and our gear out back, another look along the jet line

A quick scoot out back saw all our gear unharmed by the storms, and the Qatari Hunter in some very un-Qatari weather!

Bucc 168 was fine too, again enjoying a cover

At this point a brew and a warm classroom were calling, en route I got one last shot of 231 in the worsening snow

After the course was done, the sun came out so I got a few more shots of some of our inmates

The Spitfire rep is an exhibit I rarely bother to visit



It's had it's fair turn for the year now!

As I was signing out, the thawing Hurricane looked good in the low winter sun...

Spring is on its way!
